Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are shipped using Priority Mail. You will receive your order within 3 business days once the order is received and processed.


We don’t exchange or refund any items. All sales are final, unless we make a mistake by issuing the wrong product. Please email us a picture of the item that was sent in error. Once we verify if there was a mistake we will provide a replacement with the correct product ordered at no extra cost.


We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your order is processed you will receive an email with your tracking number to keep track of your package. Contact your local carrier if you have any issues with receiving or locating your package.
